Synchronization License
A synchronization license refers to the right to use music which is timed to synchronize with,
or relate to, an action on the screen, such as in films, television shows, and TV commercials.

Mechanical License
If you wish to manufacture and sell a record which will contain a Film and TV Music Library owned
and/or administered composition without substantial changes to the music and/or lyrics, you will
need a mechanical license.


Sample Clearance
Sampling refers to using any part of any existing song (regardless of length used) in your new song.
If you would like to sample a Film and TV Music Library owned and/or administered song you will
need permission from us before you proceed.
